Lactase enzyme (lactase) containing dietary supplement. Lactase enzyme is essential for breaking down lactose. One capsule is enough to break down approximately 11.4 g of lactose, which is equivalent to consuming about 230 ml of milk.
Dosage: It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per meal with liquid, shortly before consuming lactose-containing food.
