LINZER RECIPE:
Ingredients for 24 pieces (12 pairs):
- 125 g Baking-free Linzer flour mixture
- 45 g Eden Premium erythritol
- 30 g Eden Premium almond flour
- 20 g of coconut oil in liquid state
- 90 g lukewarm water (minimum 40 degrees)
- 1 packet of bourbon vanilla flavoring
- 1 untreated lemon zest
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients together and let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough on a dry surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm, then cut out all the cookies with a linzer cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius on a silicone baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until done with top and bottom heat (depending on the oven). Fill with jam and sprinkle with powdered Eden Premium erythritol.
