Verwendung:
Tee: Einen Teelöffel Droge mit 1,5 dl Wasser aufbrühen. Den so zubereiteten Tee täglich zweimal, morgens und abends, in einer Tasse trinken. Die Anwendungsdauer beträgt maximal 4 Wochen.
Daily dosage:
2-4 grams (daily maximum of 2 cups).
