Sweet recipe with amaranth

- 1.5 cups (1 cup = 2.5 dl) puffed amaranth
- 1 tablet of dark chocolate or white chocolate for the white version
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 handful of ground almonds or other nuts and seeds
- 2 tablespoons of sugar or coconut sugar
- 0.5 dl plant-based milk or water to dissolve the sugar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation:
- Dissolve the chosen sugar in a little plant milk or water to prevent it from crunching under your teeth when consuming in baked goods.
- Mix together the chocolate, peanut butter, and coconut oil, and melt it.
- Stir ground almonds and amaranth into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Line a form with parchment paper, place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then slice and serve.
