Storage: Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight! Honey should be added to beverages at consumption temperature, maximum 45°C, to preserve its quality! The foam forming on top of the product during creaming process does not affect product quality! Stir before consumption! Consume within one month after opening!

Due to the composition of rapeseed, it crystallizes fastest, but this is a natural state and does not affect its quality! Crystallized honey will return to liquid form when warmed. All real honey will crystallize, which can be explained by its fructose-glucose-sucrose content and ratio.
