The first member of this brand in Hungary is the ALL-CO 24% fat coconut cream. Made from fresh coconut pulp (89%), it is an intense coconut-flavored cream substitute made without artificial ingredients.
Lactose- and gluten-free vegan product. Suitable for replacing cream or sour cream, for baking, cooking, and making desserts.
Excellent for replacing cream in lactose-free diets, whether for lactose intolerance, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, or ketogenic diets. It can be used for desserts, Asian dishes, ice creams, and can replace animal-derived cream in all areas.
Coconut cream is made from selected coconut kernel and water, pureed, so all the positive properties of coconut are contained in this small box. Its taste is irresistibly aromatic and delicious, and the product reaches you in its completely natural and fresh state.
It is an easily digestible, high-energy food. It contains no preservatives or additives, and is preserved by UHT aseptic processing for the highest quality.
It can be consumed on its own, used for flavoring pastries, desserts, creams, and other dishes; in Asian cuisine, it can replace sour cream and cream. Diluted with water, it can be used to make lactose-free coconut milk, with a recommended mixing ratio of 2 parts coconut cream and 3-4 parts drinking water.
