Application:
Take 2 x 3-4 grams (heaping teaspoonful) daily, mixed with liquid. In certain cases, 4-5 teaspoonfuls can also be used as larger doses are well tolerated. The ideal dose ranges individually between 4-16 grams; divided into two doses. For children, usually half a dose according to body weight (between 3-10 years old). It offers a simple and complex solution to increase selective fiber intake. Easily dissolves while retaining its original fiber content. In some cases, it can be combined excellently with Galactooligosaccharides (e.g., Bimuno).
