Rosehip tea contributes to recovery in cases of cold, flu, and influenza. Rich in antioxidants.
Recommendation for preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon (2-3 g) of chopped herb in a porcelain or faience vessel and cover with 150 ml of room temperature water. Let it soak for a few hours, then strain. Rinse the residue with about 50 ml of hot water and combine it with the earlier strain. It is advisable to consume it lukewarm or chilled several times a day, 1 cup at a time.
Daily dose: 6-10 g
Store in a dry, cool place.
