The style of our recipes is quite diverse, just like our taste. Our own creations are partly inspired by international experiences, but beyond these, we have tried to create a flavor palette that also fits well into the traditions of Hungarian gastronomy. In our opinion, a nation's cuisine thrives when it is able to constantly renew itself and move forward while respecting its classics.
