Usage: Soak a few gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes! Remove and gently squeeze out the water! For hot dishes, it can be added immediately. It will set instantly. For cold dishes, first dissolve the gelatin in a little hot water, then add it to the cold mixture! In both cases, allow to set for 4 hours in the refrigerator!
