    Suggestion for making sweet pastry for chocolate snails or other filled cookies: Add 20 ml of fresh lemon juice to 160 ml of water, 30 ml of liquid fat, 30 g of sugar or sweetener (erythritol, xylitol, 5x sweetness equivalent to about 8 g), mix thoroughly, sprinkle 10 g of phosphorus-free baking powder from Éléskamra, 100 g of starch-free flour.
