With Szafi Free Pizza flour mix, you can make pizza dough without yeast and eggs, which can be included in the diet of vegans and gluten-sensitive individuals. Szafi Free Pizza flour mix is rich in dietary fiber, making it a worthy ingredient for a balanced diet.
Pizza recipe:
Zutaten (für 1 Pizza mit 20 cm Durchmesser):
- 65 g + 5 g Szafi Free pizza flour mix
- 8 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 50 g lukewarm water
Preparation:
Mix lemon juice, water, and 65 g flour mixture, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
Pihentetés után adjunk hozzá annyi lisztet, hogy jól gyúrható tésztát kapjunk (kb. 5 g), így gyúrjuk át a tésztát, végül lisztezett kézzel formázzunk belőle olajspray-vel lefújt zsírpapíron (amin sütni fogjuk) egy 20-22 cm-es pizzalapot (az olajozott zsírpapír azért fontos, hogy a rosszabb minőségű papírra se ragadjon rá sütés után)!
Spread generously with tomato sauce (so that the dough can absorb it while baking), then add your favorite toppings.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with both upper and lower heat. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for another 12 minutes.
If you also want to add cheese according to your diet (e.g. vegan cheese), put it on top in the last 5 minutes of baking time.
Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (buckwheat flour, millet flour), tapioca starch, fiber blend (bamboo fiber, psyllium seed husk), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), spice blend (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, savory, sage), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid).
