Carrot vegetable burger recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 g of Szafi Free Vegan PROTEIN plant-based burger mix
- 1 g garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic)
- 65 grams of shredded (or grated) carrots
- 5 g fresh chopped parsley leaves
- 10 g of lemon juice
- 80g of water
For baking: coconut oil
Preparation:
Finely chop the carrots and parsley leaves (and garlic cloves if using fresh garlic) in a food processor.
Next, mix it with water, lemon juice, and finally with Szafi Free vegan protein plant-based burger mix.
Let it sit for 15 minutes.
After resting, divide the dough into 9 equal parts and shape them into small patties or balls with wet hands.
Heat up the oil, then reduce the temperature (from 9 to 7 on an electric stove), and fry the meatballs on each side for 2.5 - 2.5 minutes.
Finally, remove the meatballs onto a paper towel and let them cool down.
Ingredients: buckwheat flour, rice bran protein (18%), tapioca starch, millet flour, bamboo fiber, psyllium husk powder, dried red onion, salt, red bell pepper, curry spice blend (turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, carrot, salt, ginger, mustard seed, cumin, cayenne pepper), parsley, black pepper, sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary, safflower blossom, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate (baking soda), acidity regulator: citric acid.
