Ingredients (for 4 pitas):
- 250g Szafi Free Buckwheat Gluten-Free Reduced-Fiber Universal Flour Blend
- 5g salt
- 3g of yeast powder
- 280g lukewarm water;
- + 3g flour for kneading and shaping
- + 1 g of oil for greasing before baking
Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients together, then pour the water over it and stir with a wooden spoon until thickened.
Afterwards, cover the container and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Once the resting time is up, knead the dough on a floured surface and then divide it into 4 equal pieces by weight.
Let's cut a circle with a diameter of 14 cm from each of them.
