What is it good for?
Rosemary essential oil extracted from the leaves and flowering tops of rosemary plant has antimicrobial and expectorant properties. Its pain-relieving, skin-toning, anti-inflammatory, muscle-relaxing qualities can be utilized in massage oils, rubs for musculoskeletal complaints, sprains.
How do we use it?
For evaporation, aromatherapy baths, inhalation, skin and hair care.
Evaporation: To stimulate mental activity, add 5 drops of green lemon and rosemary oil, as well as 1 drop of peppermint oil to the filled part of the aroma lamp, the evaporator, or the diffuser. This mixture can also have a beneficial effect on respiratory health during cold periods. To refresh the air in the room, add 8 drops of juniper oil to a mixture of 5 drops of rosemary and lemon oil.
Aromatherapy Bath: Thoroughly mix 2 drops of rosemary and ginger oil, 1 drop of juniper and peppermint oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add it to the bath water.
Hair care: To care for oily hair, add 1-1 drop of rosemary and tea tree oil to 1 liter of lukewarm water, then shake well. After washing your hair, rinse it with this solution.
Skincare tip: For treating cellulite, dissolve 10 drops of grapefruit, as well as 5 drops each of cypress and rosemary essential oils in 100 ml of grapeseed oil. Massage the mixture into the affected areas several times a day.
