    Product Description

The pleasant floral scented sauna oil with its soothing, balancing essential oils helps in relaxation and easing the tension caused by everyday worries.

    • Bergamot: The essential oil and products containing essential oil are used to relieve insomnia, anxiety, and increased agitation in the form of aromatherapy diffusers, soothing body massage oils, bath, and sauna products.

    • Cedarwood: Cedarwood essential oil can be used in massage and bath oils, in blends for inhalation and diffusion to help with respiratory issues, and as an ingredient in skincare products (such as those for cellulite or oily, seborrheic skin).

    • Clementine: its essential oil is among the most powerful calming and anxiety-relieving essential oils, but thanks to limonene, it also has strong antimicrobial properties.

    • Sweet Orange: The main component of the essential oil with mood-enhancing and disinfectant properties is limonene, which is present in at least 80-90%. Sweet orange essential oil is officially used in Hungarian Pharmacopoeia VIII for air disinfection and refreshment through aroma baths, inhalation, massage oils, bath oils, and aromatherapy diffusers to relieve restlessness, anxiety, and insomnia.

    • Ilang-ilang: thanks to the soothing and relaxing effect of linalool, it has a calming, emotionally balancing, and refreshing effect. In addition to these effects, therapeutic applications also expect antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic effects.

    • Palmrose: When used as an air freshener, diffused from an aroma lamp, or inhaled during baths, the oil's mood-enhancing effects come into play.

    Sauna

When it comes to sauna, it is important to know that essential oils primarily exert their effects through inhalation. Besides their beneficial physiological effects (e.g. disinfection of the airways and improvement of their permeability), they can also have a positive impact on emotions and mood. To use essential oils in the sauna, add 2-5 drops of oil blends to the ladle with water, then pour it onto the hot stones. In a dry sauna, the effects of essential oils primarily affect the airways, the nervous system, and emotions, while in a steam bath, the steam with essential oils that reaches the skin can have particularly beneficial effects on the skin and subcutaneous tissues.

Ingredients: bergamot, cedarwood, clementine, sweet orange, ylang-ylang, and palmarosa essential oils

    Attention!

In certain cases (e.g. heart and circulatory diseases, inflammatory diseases, acute joint issues, respiratory diseases, pregnancy, fever etc.), sauna is contraindicated, so make sure to consult your primary care physician before saunating.

Essential oils are flammable, so they should not be poured directly on hot stones, used mixed with alcohol, or stored in the operating sauna! When using them, consider the possibility of individual oil sensitivities, and after use, ensure thorough ventilation of the sauna room!
