Suggested use: For making jellies, aspics, and jams: Let 1 leveled teaspoon of gelatin swell in 1 dl of lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes, then mix it with 5 dl of cold liquid, cream, or cooled fruit.
For firmer jellies and aspics, double the amount! After filling the mold, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours.
As a dietary supplement: Mix 1 leveled teaspoon of gelatin with yogurt or breakfast porridge. Highly recommended for the elderly, athletes, individuals in physical labor, and those struggling with overweight.
External use: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of gelatin in 1 dl of water. Use the resulting, cooled gelatin gel for external care of the waist, knees, or elbows (by rubbing or applying as a pack for 30-45 minutes). Ingredients: gelatin (100% food-grade gelatin of bovine origin)
