SUGGESTION: Only use dry, clean utensils when handling jam. Avoid dipping wet, buttery, crumby spoons or knives into it. After use, tightly screw the lid back on and promptly return the product to the refrigerator. The growth of mold is easily promoted by wet, 'dirty utensils' or improper sealing.
