Why is it good?
Almonds are a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E. They contain significant amounts of minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. Among trace elements, their iron, manganese, and zinc content is noteworthy. The antioxidant content of the inner brown seed coat protects the seed kernel oil from atmospheric oxygen and rancidity; it is not advisable to remove it due to its valuable properties, and it also adds flavor.
