Versatile low-carb, gluten-free flour blend. You can easily make savory yeasted pastries from the flour blend without adding yeast. Excellent for paleo and vegan diets.
Instructions for use:

Ingredients (for 6 croissants, 340 grams):
- 120 g Szafi Reform paleo yeast dough substitute stretchable salty flour
- 35 g Szafi Reform liquid coconut oil
- 140 g warm (!) water
- 1 large egg white (32 g)
Filling:
- 50 g tomato paste
- 10g Szafi Reform barbecue spice salt
- 1 g Szafi Reform four times sweeter sugar substitute
- 5 g Szafi Reform bamboo fiber flour
Preparation:
First, combine the 4 ingredients, then mix vigorously with quick movements, and finally knead until smooth. (about 1-2 minutes until it reaches the perfect consistency)
Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes, then roll it out into a circular shape using a rolling pin.
Spread the dough with the filling, cut it into 6 pieces, and then make croissants out of it.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with the convection function. Bake for 25 minutes until done.
After baking, it is very important to wait for it to cool completely before consuming.
The product may contain mustard seeds, celery, nuts, sulphites, and star anise!
