Made mostly from plant-based ingredients, does not contain lactose, can be used as a substitute for milk by lactose intolerant individuals.
Allergens: soy, casein
Usage: Ideal for breakfast cereals, smoothies, beverages, and as an ingredient in a wide variety of cooked dishes as a replacement for cow's milk (e.g. desserts, puddings, or stews).
Preparation: Mix 25g (2 tablespoons or 5 teaspoons) of drink powder in 250ml of hot water. When making a cold drink, use a blender. (If you do not find the prepared drink milky enough, adjust the ratio of drink powder in the mixture to your taste.)
Storage: Store at a maximum of 25°C with 70% relative humidity. After opening, carefully seal the package to prevent the product from clumping.
Ingredients: Dried corn syrup, (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, heat-treated soy (29.4%)), acidity regulator (potassium phosphate E340), emulsifier (E471), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium caseinate (milk protein), anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), salt, color (carotene).
