Its consumption is contraindicated under the age of 12, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Prolonged use should be avoided.
Usage:
Tea: Prepare an infusion by boiling 1 teaspoon of herb with 1.5 dl of water. Consume the prepared tea twice a day, in the morning and evening, with 1 cup each time. The duration of use should not exceed 4 weeks.
Daily dosage:
2-4 grams (daily maximum of 2 cups).
