Transdermal magnesium absorbed directly into the skin tissue reaches the cells instantly, allowing for the replenishment of missing magnesium and facilitating calcium absorption.
It is also recommended during pregnancy, half the suggested amount for children under 12 years old.

Shake well before use. Replace the cap after use.
Usage: External: Upon first use, spray five times onto wet or dry clean skin, gently massage in, ideal to use after a bath, repeat as needed. Recommended daily quantity is 10-20 sprays of the product.
Internally for oral health: 2-3 sprays onto the gums after brushing, can reduce gum inflammation and plaque formation.
Best before: Date marked on the bottom of the bottle (month/year).
Store in a dry cool place, do not exceed recommended quantity.
