Barley is considered the first cereal, with its history dating back to 7000 BC. European farmers cultivate our barley grass in an organic way on fertile plains. Harvested when young, barley grass is at its peak nutrient content. It is then processed by one of Europe's largest, highly innovative, and efficient dehydration plants. The final processing step involves grinding the tender grass into a fine powder. To produce 1 kg of powder, 5 kg of fresh leaves are needed.
Barley grass powder is rich in essential micronutrients vital for our health, as well as in quality proteins. It contains 18 out of the 22 amino acids, including the 8 essential amino acids that our bodies cannot produce on their own. Dosage, recommended usage:
