- In the early morning, according to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it is important to cleanse and promote the functioning of the lungs and intestines after waking up. Brew a tea bag with 2-3 dl of water, mix in a spoonful of honey, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- It is particularly important for the liver to be able to rest properly in the evening. Brew a tea bag with 2-3 dl of water, mix in a spoonful of honey and lemon juice, which has a beneficial effect on the liver meridian, then cover the brew and let it steep for 15-20 minutes.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule twice daily. Initially, it is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening, then depending on individual needs, the daily dose can be increased to 2 capsules twice a day (evening and morning).
