It has been used in Far Eastern medicine for millennia to support the immune system, diseases, and radical treatments. It is a rich source of protein and potassium, contains a lot of zinc in its stem, and also valuable polysaccharides.
After soaking, it can be added to any dish. It is recommended to consume 5 mushrooms (about 20g) daily.
