Lactoferrin is the protein that makes colostrum so valuable. However, colostrum contains many unwanted growth factors (e.g. IGF-1), milk proteins, lactose, and hormones. GAL Lactoferrin Plus is free from these (although it may contain traces of milk protein). It contains all three types of lactoferrin naturally found in colostrum, predominantly apo-lactoferrin, which is the most valuable among them. This product was developed in collaboration with the Nutrition-Adjustment™ professional team. Dosage: Dissolves perfectly in any liquid with about half a minute of stirring, so we recommend consuming it in the form of a drink. For general use, consume approximately 2-4 g (~1-2 teaspoons) daily. For therapeutic use, take 3 x 4 g daily for 1-2 weeks. Doses above 12 g may cause mild diarrhea! For children, dosage should be adjusted according to body weight, considering an adult's weight as 60 kg.
