Due to its low starch content, it is especially suitable for people with diabetes, rich in lecithin and linoleic acid, beneficial for those with high blood pressure and atherosclerosis, and stimulates hemoglobin production for those with anemia.
Oat milk can be used as an ingredient in breakfast cereals, smoothies, beverages, but it can also be used to replace cow's milk in a wide variety of cooked dishes (e.g. desserts, puddings, or stews).
Preparation: Mix 25g (2 tablespoons or 5 teaspoons) of beverage powder in 250ml of hot water. For cold beverage preparation, use a blender. (If the prepared drink does not feel creamy enough, adjust the ratio of beverage powder in the mix according to taste.)
