Preparation: Crack 1 egg into a mug of at least 2.5 dl, add 5 tbsp. of water, 2 tbsp. of melted coconut oil, mix well, then add the content of the bag. With a fork, stir quickly for about 1 minute until smooth. Bake in a microwave oven at 700 watts for 2.5 minutes until done. (Be careful, the mug can also be hot.) You can add chocolate pieces, fruits, nuts, etc. It can be easily removed from a small bowl and even filled. Baked in muffin form in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until done.
