Usage: Mix the dried yeast with the flour and combine it with the other additives according to the recipe. Let the dough rise (approximately 30-60 minutes) before baking. Dosage: 1-2 teaspoons (5 g) is sufficient for 500 g of flour. 10 g of dried yeast is equivalent to 1 cube (42 g) of fresh yeast. Composition: dried baker's yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate.
