What is it good for?
The stress-relieving, relaxing properties of patchouli essential oil extracted from the leaves can be utilized as an ingredient in massage oils, rubs. It can be effectively used to repel insects as well.
How do we use it?
For evaporation, for aromatherapy baths and for skincare.
Diffusion: add 1 drop of patchouli and 3 drops of ylang-ylang oil to the water-filled part of the aroma lamp, the diffuser, or the vaporizer.
Aroma bath: thoroughly mix 6 drops of essential oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add to the bath water.
Face tonic and perfume making: Dissolve 1 ml essential oil in 100 ml of 70% alcohol. Store in a well-sealed glass container.
Skincare tip: Mix 1 drop of patchouli oil, 2 drops of jasmine oil, and 2 drops of rose oil in 100ml of grapeseed oil. Massage your skin with this fragrant blend daily, several times a day if desired.
Pest control: Place a drop on a tissue and keep it near your habitat.
