What is it good for?
The low camphor content essential oil extracted from the branches and trunk of the camphor tree may be useful for relieving tension, alleviating headaches, easing musculoskeletal, rheumatic, and upper respiratory complaints, as well as utilizing its insect-repellent properties.
How do we use it?
For vaporization, aromatherapy, inhalation, skincare.
Diffusing: add 2-3 drops to the water-filled part of your aroma lamp, diffuser, or vaporizer. It can have a positive effect on respiratory health during cold and flu season.
Aromatherapy Bath: For a refreshing bath, thoroughly mix 6-8 drops of oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add it to the bath water.
Skincare: To alleviate musculoskeletal complaints, dilute 5 drops of camphor oil, 3-3 drops of juniper and marjoram oil in 5 tablespoons of base oil (e.g. Almond oil) and massage it into your skin thoroughly.
