Product Description
The chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) is a special product of China, more specifically of the outskirts of Hangzhou, with a long cultivation history. The flower's reputation is similar to the Chinese Long Jing (Dragon Well) green tea. In ancient China, consumption of chrysanthemum was a privilege of the Chinese emperors. When prepared as tea, the flowers provide a uniquely beautiful sight.
In the Far East, chrysanthemum is as popular as chamomile flowers are with us, and their uses are similar. They are also applied externally as eye washes.
