The active ingredient of rosehip is found in the seeds, so the tea is made from two spoonfuls of crushed rosehip: boil for 10 minutes in 0.5 liters of water so that the vitamin C it contains does not get lost, add the rosehip to the water at boiling point. When it has cooled down, drink sweetened, lukewarm or cold, in several portions throughout the day.
Dosage:
The usual dose is 1-2 grams of leaf powder or chopped leaves, fruit.
