    RED GRAPE SKIN POWDER RECIPE


    GLUTEN-FREE APPLE OATMEAL COOKIE WITH GRAPE SKIN MICROGROUND


    Ingredients: 12 dkg buckwheat flour, 8 dkg grape skin micro-ground, 3 dkg coconut flour, 3 tbsp. flaxseed flour, 15 dkg fine leaf oat flakes, 10 dkg raisins, 5 dkg coconut sugar (you can use other sugar if you don't have it at home), 50 dkg apple cinnamon, 10 dkg coconut oil, 3 tsp. baking powder, water.


    Instructions: Peel and grate the apples, then sprinkle with cinnamon. In a bowl, mix the flours, baking powder, sugar, and raisins. Squeeze out the juice from the apples, add it to the batter, then add the coconut oil, and the apple juice and a little water. Take small portions of the dough, flatten them and place them in the baking tray. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.


    CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE


    Ingredients: 30 dkg almond flour, 3 dkg ground grape skins, 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3-4 tablespoons grape seed oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, honey to taste, a small bar of dark chocolate, broken into pieces


    Instructions: Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl, then mix the two together. Shape small balls, flatten them, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 170°C for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 20 pieces.


    SIMPLE BREAD RECIPE WITH GRAPE SKIN MICROGROUND


    Ingredients: 4 cups white flour, 2 cups grape skin micronized powder, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. dried yeast, 1 tbsp. salt, 3 cups water


    Preparation: Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast well, then add water and mix. The dough will be sticky and unmanageable. Place it in a warm place for 13 hours. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Put the dough in a bakeable dish, cover and bake for 30 minutes, then bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.
