Soft and fluffy Kaiser roll. Net weight: 185 g (+/-5g).
The scent of freshly baked rolls is just as inviting as if you were walking past a bakery. Its soft texture will captivate you. *Product with approximately 40% lower carbohydrate content compared to general gluten-free flours with high starch content. Preparation: Mix 160 ml of water, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice, and 2 tbsp of melted fat/oil to 2 medium-sized eggs (approx. 110 g). Blend with Császárzsemle flour until smooth. After resting for 20 minutes, knead the dough and form 6 rolls by rolling it with your palms on a silicone rolling mat or a lightly floured surface (each about 5-6 cm in size). Make incisions crossing each other, then bake on parchment paper, spaced apart, at 200°C in a conventional oven for about 30-35 minutes. Consume when cooled. Do not use convection for baking.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, sesame flour, bamboo fiber flour, yellow flaxseed flour, flaxseed flakes, acidity regulator: cream of tartar, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, psyllium husk flour, Himalayan salt.
