Hopefully, if you have purchased and are now holding in your hands the continuously evolving PaleoVital Recipe Collection Part IV, the book titled 'Paleo Desserts' 100% paleo, then this purchase was so conscious of you that you are familiar with the scientific reasoning of Loren Cordain and Gabor Szendi, so you are fundamentally aware of the essence of paleolithic nutrition.
In July 2010, I started writing my Paleolihlet blog under the nickname BB Boldogbuldog.
In February 2011, after Paleolihlet outgrew its limits, I launched the PaleoVital blog. Both of my blogs are still alive today. The new PaleoVital became the logo of 100% paleo foods, while Paleolihlet became the logo of compromise paleo foods. In the spring of 2011, more than 500 paleo recipes can be found on the two blogs.
Herewith - in self-publishing - I am launching a book series using my gathered recipes. I myself came up with most of the recipes, but many of my paleo friends sent me recipes with the aim of making them public on my blog.
With the book series starting now, I want to contribute to reaching as many people as possible with the paleo-centric diet and lifestyle. The book format enables those who do not use computers to read the recipes, and it may also be important for those who still enjoy flipping through paper-based publications besides the internet. I trust that 'cooks' following a paleo lifestyle will gladly use a 'kitchen-friendly'
recipe collection while cooking because I believe that nowadays few people cook with a 'laptop under their arm' method.
