Ingredients: dietary fibers (cellulose), egg powder, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate (baking soda), acidity regulator: GDL (glucono-delta-lactone), thickener: psyllium husk, konjac flour, xanthan, flavors: Bourbon vanilla powder (0.4%), vanillin, colorant: beta-carotene.
Ingredients for 12 muffins or a 20cm x 33cm tray cake:
- 1 bag of NoCarb Muffin mix (150g)
- 370 ml water or plant-based milk
- 20 ml oil
- 130-150g sweetener (to taste, suitable sweetener for the diet)
Instructions: Add the sweetener, oil, and liquid to the muffin mix, then stir until smooth. Spoon the batter into muffin cups using a moist spoon or spread it in a baking pan, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. (toothpick test - baking time and temperature depend on the baking function /e.g. convection/ and the oven /e.g. conventional/)
