Tea can be consumed hot or cold, it is a matter of taste and time. Perhaps the best when fresh, as the hot beverage itself has a beneficial effect on the body and mood.

It's worth taking the time, at least for the first morning tea, to sip it slowly, leaning back, contemplating the daily tasks, and letting the tea take effect. By the time you finish the tea in 5-10 minutes, the warmth will completely permeate your body, soul, and mind, allowing you to start the day with fresh, organized thoughts and free from tension.

From the daytime mix, to achieve the desired effect, it is necessary to consume 2 cups (0.4-0.5L / cup) daily regularly, one in the morning and one after lunch. Regular consumption of tea is important because it takes time for the active ingredients to be replenished and absorbed. If you don't have the opportunity to brew tea while working, feel free to bring tea with you from home in a thermos or a tea bottle; UKKO Stress-Relieving Daytime Tea Blend is excellent even when cold and refreshing in summer.

    How to prepare tea

Boil water in a kettle or on the stove (just not in the microwave), and once it boils, allow it to cool slightly. The ideal temperature for tea water in the case of Stress-Relieving Tea Blends is approximately 80℃. Don't worry about this too much, obviously no one walks around all day with a thermometer in their pocket, there is no need for that. If you close it off after boiling, turn off the heat source, and then start preparing the tea, the water will cool down to about 80℃ by the time you can start pouring it over the tea blend :)

To prepare a cup (500 ml) of tea, it is enough to use a heaping teaspoon of tea leaves (2.5-3g). Increasing the amount of tea leaves will not achieve significantly better results, as the synergy of the plants makes the effectiveness of the blend more powerful compared to single-component teas, therefore exceeding the recommended quantity is unnecessary.

Place the tea mixture in a tea strainer (can be a paper filter, tea infuser, or other tea strainer), then slowly pour the cooled tea water of the appropriate temperature over it. The tea is naturally delicious, but if you want to sweeten it, it is advisable to use honey. When ready, cover it with a lid so that neither the heat nor the natural flavors escape prematurely, and wait 10-15 minutes before consuming.
