Instructions:
Ingredients: 6 medium sized eggs, 60g Dia-Wellness 1:2 sugar substitute OR 120g Paleolithic Apple Sugar. Gently separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar substitute until fluffy, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks and fold them into the yolks. Add the flour gently to avoid breaking the foam. Bake in a floured cake pan at 180°C until golden brown.
