Aroy-D Coconut Milk.
Coconut milk is made by pureeing the flesh of the coconut with water, then straining it through a cloth. This process results in a milky, aromatic, and flavorful liquid, typically containing around 15-25% fat. The remaining fibrous mass is then extracted with boiling water and squeezed, producing a thinner, less creamy coconut milk. The water and fat layers may separate in the can, which is a natural occurrence and not a quality defect. Before use, coconut milk should be thoroughly shaken. Coconut milk has a wide range of culinary uses. It is most commonly used in Asian cuisine, but is now also popular in Western cuisines.
It can be added to soups, desserts, main courses, and serves as a base for many cocktails (e.g., Pina Colada). We also recommend it for flavoring coffee.

Storage recommendation: Store in a dry, sun-free, room temperature place. Once opened, store in a resealable container, keep refrigerated, and use within 2 days.
