Gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, corn-free, potato-free, rice-free flour mix. Usage recommendation: add 110g oil, 225g water to the contents of the package, and mix smooth with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes. Bake cakes for 35 minutes and muffins for 30 minutes in a preheated 180C oven in a greased and floured pan. Ingredients: sugar, buckwheat and millet flour, tapioca starch, cocoa powder 5%, Psyllium husk, salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), stabilizer (xanthan gum), aroma (crystal vanillin), flour improver (ascorbic acid).
