Prior to cooking millet, rinse it thoroughly several times. Drain the rinsed millet, place it in a cooking pot, and add at least three times the amount of water. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until softened. Gluten-free, low in calories, high in fiber, easily digestible.
