Linden Honey
Characteristic: Linden honey ranges in color from light yellow to amber. It has a very intense, bold flavor, slightly bitter due to the silver linden. It has an intense pure linden scent. It crystallizes relatively easily, but this does not affect its quality.
Recommended for: In case of colds, coughs, sore throats, and fever-related illnesses. Strong antibiotic effect honey. Suitable for those suffering from sleep disorders and insomnia. It has a high choline content, therefore, it is also recommended for preventing fat deposition and arteriosclerosis. Consume it in tea, coffee, or even on its own! Due to its calming, stress-reducing effect, consumed with warm milk before bedtime, it helps to rest peacefully.
Storage: Store in a place protected from sunlight, at room temperature.
Only put honey in a drink at consumption temperature (max. 45°C) for the purpose of preserving quality!
The crystallization of honey is a natural process! It does not affect its quality at all. Crystallized honey becomes liquid again in a 45 °C water bath.
