Storage: Store at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. It may harden slightly when cool. To restore the original texture, place it in hot water for 5-10 minutes and shake occasionally.
Coconut milk can be used as a substitute for cream or even oil.
Recipe suggestion:
- 500g vegetables (e.g. zucchini, pumpkin, eggplant, carrot, bell pepper)
- Approximately 400 ml of coconut milk mixed with 1 tablespoon of green curry paste
- Add the raw vegetables to the coconut milk! Season with green peppercorns and cook until the vegetables soften! Optionally, you can enrich it with chicken meat according to your taste.
