Usage recommendation:
- 250 g Alba-Mix
- 200 ml lukewarm water,
- 10 g fresh yeast,
- 5 g salt.
Preparation:
- Knead the dough well (5-8 minutes) and shape it by dusting with flour (for bread, buns, or rolls)
- Spray with cooking spray or coat with oil.
- Cover and let rise in a place at 35-40 °C until doubled in size.
- Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30 minutes, and the rolls at 190°C for 18 minutes preferably with steam (e.g. place a container filled with water at the bottom).
