CALCIUM is important for the development of healthy bones and teeth, MAGNESIUM assists in the optimal functioning of muscles and the nervous system, ZINC contributes to maintaining the health of hair, skin, and nails.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of healthy bones, muscle function, and normal teeth.
Dosage: Adults should take 1 tablet daily with liquid, swallowed whole.
