NATURA EZEKIEL FLOUR Ingredients: whole wheat, spelt, barley, lentil, and millet flour. We prepare a thick dough mixture with water, sea salt, and (preferably) olive oil. We bake it crispy in a pan, pancake maker, or contact grill (also known as a waffle or sandwich maker). The oldest known ancient recipe (590 BC) describes protein complementation.
