A package is equivalent to about 66 eggs.
Usage: 1 whole egg (replacement: add 1 teaspoon (3g) egg replacer to 2 tablespoons (30ml) water, to replace 1 egg white: add 1 teaspoon (3g) egg replacer to 1 tablespoon (15ml) water, to replace 1 egg yolk: add 1 teaspoon (3g) egg replacer to 1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml) water!
Can also be used for making meringue!
