Palmrose oil
Cymbopogon martinii
100% pure, tested, essential oil.
Inhale the woody-spicy scent of essential oil. Its effects are supported by folk medicine data.
What is it good for?
The essential oil extracted from the leaves of palmarosa (Indian geranium) can be used as a tension-relieving and balancing ingredient in massage oils and rubs.
How do we use it?
For evaporation, for aromatherapy baths and for skincare.
Evaporation: Add 1 drop each of palmarosa, ylang-ylang, and bergamot essential oils to the water-filled part of the aroma lamp, the evaporator, or the diffuser.
Aromatherapy bath: thoroughly mix 5 drops each of lavender, rose geranium, and geranium essential oils in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add to the bath water.
Perfume making: To create a woody, masculine scent blend 9 drops of West Indian sandalwood, 5 drops of cedarwood, and 3 drops of English lavender essential oils in 1 teaspoon of base oil. Store in a tightly sealed glass container.
Skincare: To care for normal skin, dissolve 10 drops of French lavender, rosewood, and geranium oil in 30ml of base oil (eg. grapeseed oil). For dry skin, use marigold or wheat germ oil as a base oil, and replace French lavender oil with patchouli oil. Massage your skin with the fragrant blend daily, or several times a day.
What is worth mixing?
Base oils (e.g. Almond oil, Marigold oil), Lemon tea tree oil, Citronella oil, West Indian Sandalwood oil, Peppermint oil.
